English time au CDI

En ce dernier jour avant les vacances c'est l'Angleterre et ses traditions qui prennent le pouvoir au CDI !!

Les élèves ont préparé et aménagé le CDI pour un english breakfast le matin et un english tea time l'après-midi.

 C'est l'occasion de découvrir quelques traditions :

How to make a perfect tea, the British way

1-First boil water in a kettle, bring the water to boil.

2-Pour this boiled water in a tea pot, just a little to keep the hot pot, swirl it around and throw it away.

 3-Bring back the kettle and resume the boiling again.

4-Place the tea bags (or loose tea leaves) in the tea pot and pour the boiled water on top.

5-Let the tea brew for two to three minutes.

6-Pour some milk in the mug/cup then the hot tea.
